I have bad head scalp problems. And I was desperate because it had gotten so bad. I I tossed out all my shampoo and conditioner and started using Dr. Woods peppermint and tea tree mix, and it was gone in a week. Also, I started using Dr. Bronner's soap for my laundry detergent. I wish I had know this year's ago.

this random recommendation from YT is how I found out that the rollers my mum once put in my hair in about the 1990s/2000s were probably from '70s. (the metal bars that hold the rollers burn. kid me was curious and kinda dumb.)
